Recently a Milwaukee County jury returned a verdict in my client’s favor in the amount of $7.25 million in a bicycle versus pickup truck accident. My client was riding a bicycle when he was struck by a pickup truck. He sustained a severe injury to his spinal cord. A Milwaukee County jury believed his version of what had happened. He was previously represented by a prominent TV advertising law firm, but when they withdrew from his case because of the challenges, he came to me and we were able to succeed in front of the jury.
