Rozek Law Offices Implements New Coronavirus Procedures

The vast majority of interactions between clients and Rozek Law Offices is not in-person contact. Typically, however, the initial contact between a potential client and Attorney Rozek would be an in person meeting. Due to the health concerns regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19), Rozek Law Offices has implemented new technology that will allow potential clients to retain Attorney Rozek and Rozek Law Offices without an in-person meeting.

A typical new client relationship with Rozek Law Offices now looks like the following:

While we have always provided free telephone consultations, we are now utilizing video teleconferences and the ability to sign documents electronically to avoid physical contact and comply with the government recommendations to avoid public contact and practice social distancing.

If the initial telephone consultation with Rozek Law Offices goes well and Attorney Rozek seems like right attorney for a potential client, then his office can schedule a video conference for the potential client to discuss their case with Attorney Rozek. If that video meeting goes well and the potential client wishes to retain Attorney Rozek, then the legal documents requiring the potential client’s signature can be sent electronically, signed electronically and returned electronically, from most any smart phone, computer or tablet. The client simply needs the free acrobat reader program or app. All of this is free and Attorney Rozek represents all clients on contingency fee agreements, so the clients pay nothing until the end of the case.
