Several people were injured when a vehicle struck a bus shelter in Wisconsin last Saturday. According to various media reports, the incident occurred near 27 th and Wisconsin in Milwaukee on Saturday, January 14, about 2:15 a.m.

An article posted on the FOX-6 Now website reads that it’s believed at least two vehicles were involved in the crash.

“According to police, two people were taken to Froedtert Hospital. Their conditions are unclear at this time,” the article reads. There’s no other mention in the article how many others were injured or the extent of their injuries.

An accident construction team was called to the scene and as of Thursday, is still investigating what exactly happened.

No other details have been released since the incident.

A photo gallery on the FOX-6 Now website shows photos of what looks like a silver 4-door vehicle that has driven completely through a bus shelter. It’s unclear if it caught fire, but fire fighters can be seen in the photos with a water hose out and the vehicle also looks charred in the photos.

Another white vehicle is seen in the photos with passenger front-end and side damage. The white 4-door car is dangling from a sidewalk and the bus shelter isn’t seen in those photos.

There’s no mention in the article whether those who were injured were drivers or passengers in the vehicles – or pedestrians who were waiting at the bus stop. There’s also no mention of how serious the injuries were or whether or not someone is expected to face charges in connection to the crash.
